Sardis Securities Inc. was established in 1990 to provide brokerage services at the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE), under the authorization and regulation of the Turkish Capital Markets Board (CMB). A group of international institutional and Turkish private investors bought 100% of the company (previously called Menka) on 18th of September 2006 in order to provide value-added brokerage services to international institutional investors.
